Kristian Glowe was born and went to school in Lübeck.
After passing his Abitur, he studied Law at Viadrina European University in Frankfurt (Oder), graduating in 2016 by passing the first Staatsexamen (state examination). Already during his studies, Mr Glowe chose Labour Law as his area of concentration, and he worked in the labour law department of university professor Eva Kocher and in the field of union-related legal protection during his studies. Mr Glowe used the proximity of the Polish border to expand his Polish language skills.
Mr Glowe passed his a legal clerkship at the Landgericht (Regional Court) Dresden, with emphasis on labour law. During this time, he was already working as a research assistant and legal clerk in Battke Grünberg’s labour law team.
After he passed his second Staatsexamen in November 2018, Mr Glowe joined the team of Battke Grünberg in the field of labour law.
