Daniela Guhl was born in Karlsruhe, Baden-Württemberg. She studied Law at Rostock University and the University of Leuven in Belgium. During her studies, she competed in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, an international competition held in English in the fields of the CISG and international arbitration.

After completing her studies, she returned to her home in Baden, started her clerkship at the Landgericht (regional court) Karlsruhe, and supported the witness support group established there as a volunteer. After her Second Examination, Ms. Daniela Guhl moved to Dresden.

Ms. Daniela Guhl has been working in the Labour law division at Battke Grünberg since February 2015.

Ms. Guhl speaks fluent English.
