Contract awarding law

The public authorities as well as all companies and persons involved with the awarding of public contracts have been involved for some time with the laws on contract awards. The significant influence of European law on contract awarding laws, an agile dispensation of justice by the ECJ and the national chambers and courts as well as constant efforts by the European and German lawmakers to achieve further reforms of the contracting awarding laws ensure that the contract awarding law will remain not only a complex legal area in the future, but also a constantly changing one.

We primarily advise and assist contracting authorities with the drafting and design of pan-European tendering procedures, including representation in review and complaints procedures. We aim at establishing the client’s wishes and goals within the framework of the procurement procedure and realising them in compliance with public procurement law.
